Under the direction of and funding by the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), the National Criminal Justice Training Center of Fox Valley Technical College provides OVC grantees with resources and training to increase the ability of tribal communities to deliver comprehensive and culturally appropriate crime victim services. NCJTC staff will assist grantees in the development of victim-centered services to foster dignity and restore spiritual, mental, and physical health in crime victims, their families, and the community.
NCJTC provides training and technical assistance to current Grantees under the following awards through OVC: Children’s Justice Act Partnerships for Indian Communities (CTAS Purpose Area 6), Comprehensive Tribal Victims Assistance (CTAS Purpose Area 7), and Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program.
