Human Needs Psychology: understanding individuals needs help influence and understand how to communicate; Personal Needs and Motivation; Auditory, Visual and Kinesthetic-the words we choose and how we interpret them; and Auditory, Visual and Kinesthetic writing exercise

Human Needs Exercise; The Power of Rapport - how to develop trust and connection; Mirror, Matching, Pacing and Leading; and Backtracking, Proximity and Physiology
