Completion earns 2.0 credit hours. Instructors are Kevin Brennenstuhl, Kevin Poleyumptewa, and Angel Cruz. There are 6 learning modules. Each has a set of objectives. **Module 1** * Define strategic planning * Identify benefits of strategic planning **Module 2** * Define team member's roles and responsibilities * Identify benefits and barriers of team communication **Module 3** * Identify program strengths and weaknesses * Identify the quality of life in the community **Module 4** * Develop a vision and mission statement **Module 5** * Create goals and objectives to support the vision and mission * Create activities that support goals and objectives **Module 6** * Define project sustainability * Create a sustainability plan
