ICMEC works to make the world safer for children by eradicating child abduction, sexual abuse, and exploitation through advocacy, training, and collaboration. ICMEC’s programs and initiatives are identifying gaps in the global community’s ability to properly protect children from abduction, exploitation and abuse and expertly assemble the people, resources and tools needed to help fill those gaps. Caroline oversees ICMEC’s Global Missing Children’s Center. In this capacity, she develops national missing children policies, directs the Global Missing Children's Network, conducts research, and hosts international trainings, roundtables, and conferences.
