Lt. Joe Laramie (ret) is a Program Manager with NCJTC. He retired in 2010 from Glendale, MO PD after more than 30 years, where he was the founding Commander of MO ICAC. He later was an Administrator with the MO AG’s Office, responsible for online crimes against children and human trafficking. He is a nationally known speaker on the topic of online child exploitation, child sex trafficking and technology related protections for youth, families and professionals.
