Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program flyer

The Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Training and Technical Assistance Program (IASAP) provides grantees of Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) Purpose Area 3 (PA3), tribal Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant and Substance Abuse Program (COSSAP), as well as non-grantees with training and specialized technical assistance to implement system-wide strategies to address crime issues related to alcohol and substance abuse in tribal communities. Training and technical assistance (TTA) opportunities include a variety of onsite and online offerings addressing alcohol and drug abuse, community planning, justice system collaboration, and grantee best practices.
