Tribal Justice System Planning - Phase 3: Goal and Action Steps
Compose effective goals and feasible action steps based on emerging themes from your needs assessment. Prepare an evaluation and performance metrics to measure the success of your justice system strategic plan.
During the training, you will analyze emerging themes, learn the fundamentals of writing effective goals, and outline realistic, achievable, and measurable action steps for each of the areas identified through the comprehensive needs assessment process. The third phase of the training includes evaluation and measures of success for the strategic plan. Follow up and action items resulting from this training is anticipated to take approximately 1-2 months.
