Join us for a two-day training to examine victim-centered community corrections responses that address offender risk to re-offend, reduce the incidence of re-victimization and when possible, heal the harm caused by the criminal conduct. During the training, you will: 1) Learn how to systematically create and sustain a trauma informed approach that supports victims and holds offenders accountable 2) Explore contemporary offender management practices 3) Review findings from a series of listening sessions with professional communities on promising practices, barriers and challenges in implementing victim-centered practices 4) Review roadmaps to improving systems and practices of agencies/professionals who have a role in serving victims and offenders.
