The case was immediately given to Detective Agnes Watson, whose relentless work revealed evidence pointing towards a New York man she identified as 24-year-old Elijah Clark. Her relentlessness came from lessons-learned from attending the 2022 National Missing and Unidentified Persons Conference, notably that ALL missing person cases should be considered “critically” missing.*
