Week Two of the Law Enforcement Liaison Academy builds on the foundation of Passion for a Purpose introduced in Week One and shifts focus toward applying core Vision Wheel elements: being a Proactive Planner, acting as a Mentor, practicing Cultural Competence, and making Data-Informed Decisions. The week combines technical training, mentoring strategies, sensitivity to situations, and practical application through student Action Plans and Chief of Police Interviews.
