This is webinar 9 of the **Supporting and Working with Men as Allies and Advocates to End Violence and Sexual Assault Against Women and Girls in Tribal Communities** Webinar Series. Participants will explore practical approaches for building trust, fostering accountability, and creating peer‑to‑peer learning environments where healthy behaviors are encouraged and modeled. The session will highlight strategies for using mentorship, teamwork, and community connection to challenge harmful norms and promote positive masculinity. By empowering men and boys to support one another and stand as allies, this workshop strengthens community-wide efforts to prevent violence and uphold the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of women and girls.
