Throughout this training, identify and examine an array of resources and problem-solving strategies that will support the planning and implementing of your community corrections program. Your team will explore the six step process as a guide for successful completion of project goals and deliverables, including developing an action plan the will enhance collaboration and highlight new resources that will support your justice team. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to: • Identify key obstacles faced in community correction program implementation • Apply an action plan to address the obstacles • List local resources to support your justice team and offender success • Identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration across justice team components and/or jurisdictions
