Dan Powers
Clinical social worker and Chief Operating Officer for Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County in Plano, Texas
Dan oversees all professional services offered to victims of child abuse and family violence and their non-offending family members. Dan has 30 years of experience working within the field of mental health, child abuse, sex offenders, and family violence. He frequently testifies as an expert witness in state and federal courts. He has also testified on several occasions before Texas legislative committees. Dan is the past chairman and current member of the Texas Children's Justice Act Task Force and has been a member of the Texas Statewide Multidisciplinary Team. Dan is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in the areas of sex offenders, the sexual victimization of children, and the multidisciplinary response to child abuse. He is best known for his spirited presentations on wellness and survival for child abuse and family violence professionals.

Gordon Graham

Gordon Graham is a 33 year veteran of California Law Enforcement, retiring in 2006. His education as a Risk Manager and experience as a practicing Attorney, coupled with his extensive background in law enforcement, have allowed him to rapidly become recognized as a leading professional speaker in both private and public sector organizations with multiple areas of expertise. Today, Gordon divides his time between study, research, writing, speaking, and consulting in the discipline of risk management. His innovative programs, based on the values and beliefs he learned as a child along with a passion for continuous improvement, are the standard for any organization that wants to improve existing operations and prevent things from going wrong.

Jenna-Lyn Ryckebusch
CyberTipline Supervisor – Management of Process and Personnel
Jenna-Lyn Ryckebusch currently serves as a CyberTipline Supervisor – Management of Process and Personnel at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC. In her role she is responsible for managing a team of analysts and improving the process of the CyberTipline. Ms. Ryckebusch has been with the Exploited Children’s Division since 2015 where she started as an Analyst. Jenna has also served as a Senior Program Coordinator for the External Affairs Program at NCMEC. During this time, Jenna was responsible for promoting NCMEC’s prevention programs and increasing family and community awareness of problems associated with missing and exploited children. Preceding her work at NCMEC, she oversaw the Community Service Department for Offender Aid and Restoration of Arlington County, VA.

Kristina Anderson
Founder of the Koshka Foundation for Safe Schools
Kristina is an international advocate in the fields of bystander intervention, active shooter response and violence prevention within schools, workplaces and public spaces. Ms. Anderson travels within the United States and Canada to spread the importance of preparedness and joint training between citizens, educators, law enforcement, emergency managers, and first responders. Ms. Anderson started the non-profit after becoming one of the most critically injured survivors of the 2007 Virginia Tech school tragedy, where she was shot 3 times.
Ms. Anderson is also co-founder of LiveSafe, a mobile technology communication platform for sharing safety-related information that is used by over 100 college campuses, as well as corporations and hospitals.

Wayne Nichols
Project Professional - National Criminal Justice Training Center, Retired Detective
Prior to retiring from law enforcement in August 2020, Detective Wayne Nichols worked for the Henderson Police Department in Nevada. During his tenure, he worked ICAC related investigations to include proactive enticement cases, P2P investigations, as well as being a forensic examiner. In his last 5 years as a detective, he exclusively investigated robberies and homicides. Since 2013, Wayne Nichols has consulted for Fox Valley Technical College, where he continues to teach other law enforcement investigators how to investigate the online exploitation of children. Wayne Nichols holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in criminal justice.
