Build foundational skills through this comprehensive and interactive virtual training academy. Examine traditional, evidence-based, victim-centered and trauma informed approaches to community supervision. Over the course of 14 weeks, you will examine traditional, evidence-based, victim-centered and trauma-informed approaches to community supervision. Course work is designed to support application of techniques and case management concepts in the development of core supervisory skills. The estimated time commitment is up to 4 hours per week to include live instructor-led instruction, participation in discussion boards, practical exercises or interactions, independent study of materials and resources, and assessments to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
