She has trained over 11,000 individuals including, criminal justice and medical professionals, corporate executives and HR professionals. Tekoa's exceptional work has been widely recognized, earning her prestigious accolades such as the NBA Social Justice Game Changer Award, Onyx Magazine's Women on the Move Honoree recognition, and the Orlando Business Journal Champion of Diversity Award.
