When you request, you are requesting to participate in all four sessions as listed below.** **Scheduled Dates:** All four sessions run from 12:00pm - 2:00pm Central Time (1:00pm-3:00pm Eastern) **August 24, 2021: The Fundamentals of Peer Practice:** This session will focus on the core dimensions of recovery, the role of the peer recovery specialist, and the scope of work for the recovery specialist. **September 14, 2021: Recovery Oriented Philosophy and Best Practices:** This session will focus on what recovery means to your tribe and tribal stakeholders, best practices for successful program implementation, overcoming challenges, multidisciplinary collaboration, community buy-in, and key considerations. **October 19, 2021: Integrating Peer Practitioners into Your Program:** This session will focus on one-to-one support including training and supervision for peer practitioners, organizational readiness, and cross-training of other tribal agencies and stakeholders on the program. **November 16, 2021: Building a Comprehensive Peer Recovery Support System:** This session will focus on moving from individual practice to a peer recovery support system program, including planning for program success and identifying key program drivers such as funding and collecting program outcomes.

The community of practice sessions are intended for those who have been working on program implementation and development and would like the opportunity to discuss this topic with others towards the goal of improving service delivery. Each session will include 1-2 tribal practitioners who will share their experiences related to a specific topic related to PRSS.
