A comprehensive strategic planning process designed to meet the needs of your tribal program. Instructors will engage your local team in defining roles and responsibilities, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing critical mission and vision statements. Consider and integrate data collection methods into an action plan and create measurable goals/objectives to overcome barriers. This training and technical assistance class will produce a final strategic action plan that will guide your project over the next 3-5 years.
***This is a 5 day training.*** 3 days will be onsite with your team. The NCJTC team will spend two additional days producing a strategic action plan that will guide your project over the next 3-5 years.
Upon completion of this training, you will be able to: * Define project staff and team member’s roles and responsibilities * Identify project strengths and challenges * Develop guiding statements and values for your project * Review data collection methods and integrate into project plan * Create goals/objectives to support the mission and vision of project * Create and finalize 3-5 year strategic plan
