Meghan joined the NH CAC movement in 2006 as a Forensic Interviewer and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of administrative and direct service roles. In her current role as the Director of CAC Services, she supervises and supports the direct service staff of the Granite State Children’s Alliance (GSCA) Programs and continues to conduct forensic interviews. Meghan has been trained in several forensic interview modalities and advanced forensic interviewing practices. She has been a part-time NH law enforcement officer since 2008, starting her career at Plymouth State University Police and joining the Belknap County Sheriff's Department in 2015. She is currently employed and proudly serving the town of Gilford as a part-time police officer.

Nicole Ledoux has been with the Granite State Children’s Alliance since 2018. She currently serves as the Victim Service Quality Assurance Director where she assesses and develops solutions for gaps in medical and mental health service referrals and services for children and families. She also trains both law enforcement on topics related to juvenile delinquency, child abuse and sexual assault and students on topics related to criminal justice. Prior to her current role, Nicole served with the Manchester Police Department for 22 years. In her last position as Detective Lieutenant, she oversaw investigations of child homicides, sexual assaults, human trafficking, child abuse and other special victims’ crimes and collaborated with child protection, prosecution, and victim services agencies. Nicole holds both an MS and BS in Criminal Justice.
