Greg Brown has been working in the corrections field for over 32 years. He is the former chief probation officer in the 20th Judicial District of Colorado. Greg has worked with both adult and juvenile populations and in a variety of specialized programs. He has extensive experience in the supervision, treatment and management of juvenile and adult offenders, including domestic violence and sex offenders. In addition, Greg has spent considerable time developing specialized programs, including specialized enhanced domestic violence offender programming, a gender specific female team of officers with expertise in women’s issues, problem solving courts, standards, policies, restorative justice programs and best practices for the community based management of high risk offenders. Greg is a program manager with the National Criminal Justice Training Center at Fox Valley Technical College.

Dr. Nandi is an instructor with the National Criminal Justice Training Center of Fox Valley Technical College. She is also the Chief Probation Officer for the 20th Judicial District for the State of Colorado. Additionally, Dr. Nandi is a published author having co-authored nine books.

Kevin works with program efforts funded by the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. This includes providing training and technical assistance for the OVC American Indian/Alaska Native Comprehensive Tribal Victim Assistance and Tribal Victim Services Set Aside Programs. Prior to this, Kevin provided fatherhood and healthy relationships programing in communities, jails and juvenile residential treatment facilities, as well as trainings, workshops and keynote addresses for various Native American tribes, communities, conferences, high schools and youth programs.

Mr. Paul Fuentes has been employed with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes since 2009 and currently serves as the Director of Program and Grant Development. He has contributed to the overall growth of justice services offered by the Tribes by way of successful grant writing and program development. Mr. Fuentes has overseen and supervised leaders from many disciplines, including probation, sex offender registration, healing to wellness court, and bailiff services. He successfully led a team of diverse groups from the conception to completion stages of a tribal justice center facility. Mr. Fuentes serves as a private consultant with the National Criminal Justice Training Center of Fox Valley Technical College and a peer reviewer of grant solicitations.

After receiving her Directors Certification in early childhood education/child growth & development, Stefanie spent the next 16 years making a positive impact on youth. In 2004 she accepted a position with the Southern Ute Police Dept. as a Community Recourse Officer providing interventions, community outreach, & education to the community & youth. In 2006, Stefanie was selected by Chief Judge Elaine Newton to take on a strategic role working with juveniles sentence to probation. As a result of her work as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Adult Wellness Court Case Manager, Stefanie enrolled in the first Tribal Probation Academy offered by FVTC in 2007. In the following years, she continued her mission to evoke change within her community by working with families, youth in grades K-12 & the Southern Ute Tribal Probation Dept to develop programming to address attendance issues.
