Blaine Phillips has served in law enforcement for 24 years. He started his career in the year 2000 at the Stillwater (OK) Police Department, where he worked as a detention officer for three years. He then worked as a patrol officer for six years at the Estes Park (CO) Police Department. He was later hired as an agent with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN), where he worked from 2011 through 2022. Blaine spent three years working narcotics cases and five years working human trafficking cases before being promoted to an Agent in Charge and tasked with supervising a narcotics unit. In 2022 Blaine left OBN to take a position as a Special Agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Taskforce.
