Join probation, reentry, and other corrections professionals from across the country for a comprehensive and interactive virtual training Academy designed to build foundational skills in community supervision and reentry. Community-based corrections remains the most significant criminal justice response to crime, with over 70% of individuals supervised in the community and over 95% returning to the community. This Academy is designed to support professionals in improving outcomes for individuals, families, and communities through effective, culturally responsive practices.

**THIS WILL BE THE ONLY ACADEMY OF 2026 - REGISTER TODAY!** Deadline to register: May 1, 2026. *This event is approved by the U.S. DOJ.* **NEW 16-Week Format.** *This Academy has been redesigned into a 16-week learning experience that blends flexibility with meaningful engagement:* **On-Demand Learning** | *(Mondays – Pre-Recorded)* Each week includes a 2-hour professionally recorded session available on demand. *Participants can complete the session at any time during the week.* **Live Interactive Sessions** | *(Thursday)* Weekly live sessions with subject matter experts and instructors focus on deeper learning and real-world application, including: * Practical application of evidence-based strategies * Assessment and case planning * Working with individuals in early stages of change * Skill-building through guided exercises and discussion **Time Commitment** * Up to 6 hours per week, including both on-demand and live sessions. * Supervisor approval is required. Students are required to have reliable internet access and fully functioning audio and video capabilities, along with any additional technology necessary to successfully complete the academy. A technology check will be conducted during the Orientation live lecture and the Week 1 Introduction to TPRA supplemental discussion. Students who do not meet the required audio and video technology standards will be provided one (1) week to obtain the necessary equipment. Students who are unable to secure the required technology within this timeframe may not be permitted to continue in the academy.
