This is webinar 1 of the **Supporting and Working with Men as Allies and Advocates to End Violence and Sexual Assault Against Women and Girls in Tribal Communities** Webinar Series Panelists will explore how participation from advocacy, government, health, education, and grassroots movements can coordinate, person centered responses to reduce harm, close service gaps, and honor survivor voice and choice. Speakers will explore how men, when grounded in humility and accountability, can play a meaningful role in challenging harmful norms, supporting survivor led solutions, and helping shift mind sets that allow violence against women to persist. Participants will gain practical insight into building partnerships rooted in trust, Indigenous values, and shared responsibility – especially across systems where survivors often encounter silence, fragmentation, or disbelief. Emphasis will be placed on approaches that elevate survivor leadership, respect community defined solutions, and promote prevention alongside response. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas for strengthening collaboration, engaging men as effective allies and advocates, and advancing survivor centered strategies that contribute to safer communities and a future free from violence against women.
