This is webinar 2 of the **Supporting and Working with Men as Allies and Advocates to End Violence and Sexual Assault Against Women and Girls in Tribal Communities** Webinar Series Participants will learn practical steps to identify, recruit, and support mentors who embody Tribal community values and model healthy, respectful relationships. The session will highlight specific ways to engage men as mentors, advocates and allies, while reinforcing their responsibility to promote safety, honor, and dignity for women, girls, and all community members. By uplifting traditional roles, teachings, and community connections, this workshop offers clear tools for advocates seeking to build stronger networks of mentors who help ensure women and girls are protected, valued, and able to thrive.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to: * Explain the concept of “Being a Good Relative” and its connection to Indigenous teachings, values, and community wellbeing. * Recognize the importance of engaging men as mentors in supporting the safety and dignity of women and girls. * Demonstrate approaches for guiding men to serve as mentors, allies, and advocates for nonviolence.
