Bryan Kastelic began his path to law enforcement while serving 10 years in the US Army Infantry (4 years active duty & 6 years WI Army National Guard). Bryan joined the Brown County Sheriff’s Department in 1996 where he served as Patrol Officer (2 years), Narcotics Investigator (6 years), DARE / GREAT Instructor (2 years) and held additional duties as a member of the Brown County Emergency Response Unit (6 years) and Unified Tactical Instructor. In 2006, Bryan joined DCI and served as a narcotics Special Agent in the Milwaukee Field Office and North Central HIDTA / DEA Task Force 63 until 2012. From 2007 to 2022, Bryan served on the WI Joint Tactical Team as a sniper team leader, UTT instructor and commander. Bryan served from 2012 until retiring in 2023 as the Native American Drug & Gang Initiative (NADGI) Task Force Commander.

After relocating to the National Capital Region, Ed started his law enforcement career on September 11, 1989, with the Fairfax County (Virginia) Police Department and retired in early 2023. During more than 33-year career in law enforcement, he has served in every position from cadet to major. His recent executive assignments have included Director of the Media Relations and Internal Affairs. He is the immediate past Bureau Chief of the Major Crimes, Cyber and Forensics Bureau. Ed is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy. Currently, Ed also serves as a national certified trainer for the Refuse to Be A Victim program. Ed just completed a decade of service as a trustee on the Fairfax Police Officers Retirement System Board that provided oversight to a nearly 2-billion-dollar investment fund.

He currently heads Judicial and International Outreach where he develops judicial security products and training for the federal judiciary and USMS personnel, manages a USMS protective assets vulnerability assessment team, and oversees all judicial security related international assistance for the USMS.

She is the Chief Judge of the Winnemucca Indian Colony, Chief Judge of the Chemehuevi Indian Tribal Court, Chief Judge of the Cedarville Rancheria Tribal Court, and a conflicts judge for the Bishop Paiute and Yerington Paiute Courts. She serves on the San Manuel and Duckwater Shoshone appeals courts. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law (formerly Boalt Hall). Judge Lenzi is a member of the California Bar as well as multiple tribal courts. Judge Lenzi has participated in tribal court evaluations as an evaluating member of Native Knowledge Harvest, LLC.

Mr. Harris participated with TCOLE in writing the curriculum for the Court Security Specialist Certificate program, the TCOLE 10999 Court Security Officer curriculum.

In 1987, he came to Wisconsin as an Assistant District Attorney in the Felony Unit of the Dane County District Attorney’s Office. In 2014, Bob joined the Criminal Litigation Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice as an Assistant Attorney General. Bob has lectured on all aspects of prosecution and investigation of crimes, including but not limited to murder, child abuse, sexual assault, gang crimes, sexual assault, strangulation, victims’ rights, competency to stand trial, the mental disease or defect defense, the rules of evidence, prosecutor ethics, law enforcement investigations and working with prosecutors’ offices, all aspects of trial practice, witness preparation, sentencing and plea negotiations. Bob is certified as a Trial Advocacy Instructor by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Ryan previously served as an infantry squad leader and platoon sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and later as a police officer in Alaska. He is a privacy hobbyist and enjoys Jiu Jitsu and hiking in his spare time.
